Purchasing from Impsport Direct

Impsport have been our clothing supplier for several years. We normally place bulk orders in Nov/Dec for the following season as there is a discount for quantity which we pass on to our members, but there has always been a cost penalty for small quantities. Now Impsport have removed the small order surcharge and have introduced a new system where club members can order direct through the Impsport website. To make this secure (ie only available to club members) there is a password system, described below.

The password
Impsport have asked us not to place the password on the club website, so this is obtainable from the club Treasurer, Laurie Bird at lbird@clara.net or by telephone (01788 813025). The password can be sent to you by private email.

How it works:
First check if the item you require is available on our own club website by checking the clothing page. These items will generally be cheaper than buying through the Impsport website because they would have been purchased in bulk with a discount obtained (and possibly at last year's prices).

1.
 Go to the Impsport Website www.impsport.com
2.
 On the bottom right-hand corner of the homepage there is a panel marked "New Club Category" where the member is asked to insert the club password.
3.
 When the password has been accepted you are taken to the Rugby RCC page where clothing items are listed.
4.
 Select the item(s) you require, indicating size etc.
5.
 Follow the instructions by providing your delivery address and pay by inserting your debit/credit card details on-line. You will also be charged for carriage, probably £3.50 or carriage free for orders above £50..
6.
 The item(s) will be sent out to your address. Delivery will be up to 21 days. It could be longer from December to March as that is when most clubs place their bulk orders.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Please note:

1.
 If there is sufficient demand we will continue to place a close-season bulk order where we would hope to obtain a club discount. Also the carriage per item will be less.
2.
 The items which appear on the Rugby RCC page on the Impsport website all contain the club name and will be produced to our own club design. However you can also add items from Impsport's standard range which appear elsewhere on their website.
3.
