Results for 24th July 2013 - Course: K3/13.6 Napton

Conditions could not have been better for our annual visit to this hilly circuit and it produced a course record for Matt Clinton, taking 30 seconds off the time recorded by Scott Rose in 2005. Matt rode his road bike, not convinced that his TT bike was suitable, and made sure he was familiar with the course by riding the full distance as his warm-up! There was also an excellent ride from 2nd placed Ryan Kenworthy, ahead of riders who always do well on hills. There was a rare appearance by Hywel Davies, riding as a private entry, who showed he has not lost his pace by recording a time of 32-35, only 14 seconds slower than his previous club record set in 2005.
